Registration
for the Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting
and Information Technology Degree is a two step process:
1) Once
you have met the admission
requirements, you apply to SAIT
for admission to the degree program.
2) After
acceptance by SAIT into the degree program, you register for
courses through your Regional
CGA Association offices.
3)
As of September 30, 2008 all
Applicants must have completed the AIT post-grad Certificate at Conestoga,
Humber, Seneca or Vancouver Community College
Admission
Requirements
In order to be admitted into the Bachelor of Applied Business
Administration in Accounting and Information Technology degree
program, students must have at minimum completed Levels 1 to
3 of the CGA Program of Professional Studies through CGA or
any combination of equivalent courses completed at post-secondary
educational institutions assessed as equivalent by the CGA Association.
The following
lists the CGA courses or equivalents to be completed in Levels
1 – 3 of the CGA Program.

SAIT will
accept certification by the CGA Association that Levels 1-3
have been completed. Where transfer credits have been used to
meet the admission requirements, SAIT will accept the CGA assessment
of equivalency. Evidence of completion of Levels 1-3 is provided
by the student requesting an official transcript from the regional
CGA office to be forwarded directly to SAIT at the address below.
Students
are NOT required to submit transcripts to SAIT from former post-secondary
institutions for Level 1-3 equivalences assessed by the CGA
Association. However, if advanced credit is being requested
for Organizational Behaviour Fundamentals and Marketing Fundamentals
from other post-secondary programs, official transcripts from
these institutions must be forwarded directly to SAIT at the

to SAIT
To apply for the Bachelor of Applied Business Administration
in Accounting and Information Technology degree program complete
the following steps:
1) Download
and Print the Application Form or contact our office to have
a form sent to you. Please ensure you have Adobe Reader in order
to open the application form, if not click this link to download

the steps of completion indicated on the Application Form. Please
ensure that you provide your e-mail address on the application
as this information is required for the online degree program.
3) Pay $35
application fee.

Important
CGA Canada Announcement
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks are
required for receipt of transcripts from external institutions
and assessment by SAIT. The completed application form and
transcripts must be received by SAIT prior to the application
deadline below.

Course
Fees
(in Canadian dollars)
Course fees are determined by the CGA Regional
Offices. Some regions have designed
a two-course package fee to encourage students
to complete two courses in one session. Total
program costs for the Information Technology courses and Directed
Field Studies courses will be between $4,350 to $6,200
depending on advanced credits and course packaging chosen.
Students should contact their regional CGA office regarding the
availability of courses and course fees.

and member dues are not included in these fees.

fees for the CGA Program of Professional Studies are not
included.
- Students
must be current CGA students or CGA members in good standing, and have been
accepted by SAIT into the degree program in order to enroll in the
degree courses.
